That kind of timeline on an $8 million mortgage says a lot about how she approaches financial decisions.
The mansion itself is built around modern architecture and the interiors are fitted out to a high standard throughout. The house has big windows running through it and the views of Los Angeles from inside are genuinely hard to beat at any price. Natural light comes through most of the day and the interiors are finished cleanly without trying to do too much.
Two Apartments in New York City – Emily Compagno House
Emily also owns two apartments in New York City and both of them together come to around $2.5 million in value. Both sit in prime areas of the city and were picked up specifically because of their strong rental returns and the long term appreciation that comes with owning in those locations.
Her professional address is listed at 1211 Avenue of the Americas which is where Fox News operates out of and some reports suggest she uses the New York properties as her main base while working there day to day.
Seattle and the San Francisco Bay Area – Emily Compagno House
During her first marriage to Peter Riley, Emily lived primarily in Seattle and the couple also held a second property in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her connection to that region goes back further than the marriage though since she was born in Oakland and grew up in El Cerrito so the Bay Area has always been part of her story.
Whether she still holds the Seattle property actively is not confirmed publicly but it has been reported as part of her wider portfolio.
